ThinOgen™ Plus is a propriety blend of fucoxanthin and other ingredients. An observation was completed to measure and assess the weight loss effects of the supplement. The randomized clinical trial included nineteen subjects where five ingested a placebo pill, six ingested 2mg of fucoxanthin per day (mg/d) and the remaining eight ingested 4mg/d of fucoxanthin.
The results of those who ingested 2mg/d, after 3 months had P-values recorded at 0.073, 0.070 and 0.055 respectively, confirming effectiveness rates of 92.7%, 93% and 94.5%.
